Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests across front desk, housekeeping, and food service areas
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems
- Perform housekeeping duties including room cleaning, restocking supplies, and maintaining public areas
- Assist with food service operations including breakfast service and banquet support
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in all operational areas
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with professional problem-solving
