Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests
- Assist with front desk operations including check-in/check-out
- Manage room inventory and guest requests
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle basic cash transactions and POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Participate in daily team briefings
Qualifications
