Responsibilities
- Provide warm, efficient check-in/check-out services for hotel guests
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone/email/in-personMaintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Process payments and manage cash drawer procedures
- Assist with basic concierge services (local recommendations, directions)
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service delivery
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – open to all backgrounds
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, reservation systems)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
