Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through warm interactions and problem-solving
- Maintain clean, organized public areas and guest rooms to brand standards
- Process reservations, check-ins/check-outs using hotel management systems
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with inventory management and supply stocking
- Represent the hotel professionally at all guest touchpoints
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Basic computer literacy (training provided)
- Team player with attention to detail
