Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Deliver outstanding housekeeping services ensuring rooms meet luxury standards
- Assist with valet parking and guest transportation services
- Manage guest requests promptly and resolve issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Support banquet and event services as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer literacy and reservation system knowledge
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts
- Valid driver's license (for valet positions)
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
