Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and solution-focused approaches
- Monitor budget compliance and optimize operational efficiency
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service departments
- Implement and uphold brand standards and safety protocols
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Develop creative promotions to drive occupancy and revenue
Qualifications
- 5+ years hospitality management experience in premium properties
- Proven track record in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Tennessee state hospitality certification required
- BS/BA in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
