Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Train and manage staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with maintenance and security teams for smooth operations
- Monitor budget performance and implement cost-saving measures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop creative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hospitality management experience
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Valid Colorado hospitality certification preferred
- Spanish language skills a plus
