Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Handle incoming calls, manage guest inquiries, and resolve complaints with a focus on guest satisfaction and retention.
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing cash drawers and reconciling room status reports.
- Maintain a pristine lobby area and common spaces to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Process payments and verify billing information using the hotel management system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior hospitality experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional demeanor under pressure.
