Responsibilities
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out processes for overnight guests using PMS systems
- Handle high-volume phone inquiries and reservations with exceptional customer service
- Monitor security protocols and access control during overnight hours
- Resolve guest issues promptly and escalate complex matters to management
- Prepare nightly reports and ensure accurate financial reconciliation
- Maintain lobby areas and public spaces to brand standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid Virginia driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of emergency response procedures
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
