Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Process daily payments, reconcile cash drawers, and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby space.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Perform security checks and access control for guests and staff members.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; prior hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and basic computer operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical activity.
- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
