Responsibilities
- Manage daily shift operations including staffing, inventory, and service quality
- Lead cross-functional teams (front desk, housekeeping, food service)
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with personalized solutions
- Execute emergency protocols and safety procedures
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards
- Collaborate with department heads for seamless handovers
- Monitor financial performance during shift (POS reconciliation)
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel/hospitality leadership experience
- Proven shift management in 24/7 service environments
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera/PMS)
- NC Food Handler/ServSafe certification preferred
- Valid NC driver's license with clean record
