Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shift operations ensuring exceptional guest service standards
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and conflict resolution
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and VIP requests with professionalism
- Monitor and maintain inventory of front-of-house supplies
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Process payments and manage POS systems accurately
- Train new staff on service standards and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel or luxury hospitality experience
- Proven leadership/shift supervision background
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid California Food Handler's certification preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
