Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service in hotel lobby, dining, or housekeeping areas
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain property standards
- Assist with guest check-in/check-out procedures and basic inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols per brand standards
- Report maintenance issues and guest concerns to management
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid work authorization and government-issued photo ID
- Basic computer literacy for check-in systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
