Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hotel policies and regulations
- Contribute to a positive team culture through collaboration and communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hotel or luxury hospitality experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Massachusetts Food Handler's/ServSafe certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
