Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and efficiently check them in/out using property management software.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in the lobby and common areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure 5-star service.
- Assist in housekeeping duties or front desk operations as needed during peak times.
- Process payments accurately and manage cash handling responsibilities.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and hotel policies regarding shift work.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Basic computer proficiency for check-in processes.
