Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival and departure experience.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures using our property management systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby and common areas to uphold our high standards of excellence.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
- Upsell hotel amenities and promote local Nashville attractions to enhance the guest stay.
- Collaborate with the front office team to manage room inventory and special requests.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- No prior hospitality experience is required; on-the-job training provided.
