Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Assist with housekeeping duties to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries via email or in person.
- Handle guest complaints and requests professionally and efficiently.
- Process payments and manage reservations accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
