Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests with luggage, transportation, and hotel amenities
- Safely transport guest belongings to rooms using professional handling techniques
- Provide personalized recommendations for Kansas City attractions, dining, and events
- Coordinate with valet, concierge, and front desk teams for seamless guest experiences
- Maintain pristine lobby and entrance areas through constant monitoring and upkeep
- Process guest requests efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
- Participate in daily team briefings and ongoing service training
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (for valet duties)
- Strong knowledge of Kansas City geography and local attractions
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
