Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide detailed information about local attractions, dining, and transportation
- Maintain pristine appearance of lobby and public areas
- Coordinate with valet and front desk teams for efficient guest services
- Handle special requests (reservations, transportation arrangements)
- Uphold strict safety protocols during luggage handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Spanish/English bilingual proficiency required
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
