Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing systems efficiently
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly with solution-oriented approaches
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security departments
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Maintain clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of Fort Worth attractions and local area
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
