Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage room reservations and inquiries via phone/email
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Operate hotel management systems (training provided)
- Assist with luggage and guest transportation needs
Qualifications
