Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications via phone/email
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain strict confidentiality of guest information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's/ServSafe certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
- Positive attitude with guest-centric focus
