Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, answering inquiries about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Process payments accurately and maintain a precise cash drawer.
- Address guest complaints or requests immediately to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Assist with special events and group bookings as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior hospitality experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems (PMS).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude under pressure.
- Must be able to stand and move around the lobby for extended periods.
