Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner, handling reservations and room assignments efficiently.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and processing payments.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and common areas are spotless.
- Assist with special requests, such as restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local travel tips.
- Monitor lobby areas and assist with concierge services to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Enforce hotel policies and safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight when assisting with luggage.
