Responsibilities
- Greet & Welcome: warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Check-In/Out: efficiently process guest check-ins and check-outs using our hotel management software.
- Communication: answer phone calls and emails promptly, responding to inquiries about reservations and amenities.
- Lobby Management: maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby area for all guests.
- Guest Assistance: assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests to enhance their stay.
- Team Collaboration: work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all guest needs are met.
- Sales: upsell room upgrades and local attraction packages where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.
