Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage hotel reservations and answer incoming calls with a professional and helpful tone.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Assist with check-out procedures, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby environment.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience is required; we provide comprehensive training.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
