Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, directions, and local attractions.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and escalate to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
