Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage room assignments and VIP requests
- Handle payment processing and billing inquiries

- Maintain security protocols for guest safety
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience required
- Ability to work flexible shifts (days/evenings/nights)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in reservation systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Multi-language skills (Spanish/Chinese a plus)
