Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, room assignments, and answering inquiries about local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Communication: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and requests efficiently, maintaining clear and courteous communication with guests and staff.
- Operations Support: Perform light administrative duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining the lobby area to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or complaints in a calm and professional manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and that the property operates smoothly.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No Experience Required: Prior hotel or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems are highly desirable.
