Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel software
- Handle reservation inquiries, payments, and room assignments accurately

- Maintain organized front desk areas and manage key inventory

Qualifications
- 1+ years in hotel/customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Basic cash handling and payment processing experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
