Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and professionalism
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Utilize property management systems (e.g., Opera) to update guest information
- Assist with VIP requests and special event accommodations
- Uphold strict cleanliness and security standards at the front desk area
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and MS Office
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for property errands)
- Basic knowledge of Miami attractions and local transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
