Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Services: Handle inquiries, reservations, and complaints with efficiency and a positive attitude.
- Operational Support: Assist in the front office operations, including check-in/check-out processes and cash handling.
- Communication: Relay important messages to staff members and ensure guests are updated on hotel amenities and events.
- Security: Monitor access points and ensure the safety and security of all guests and property.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency (Property Management Systems) and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a high standard of professional conduct.
