Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and visitors upon arrival.
- Guest Assistance: Handle inquiries, process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and answer phone calls with a polite demeanor.
- Reservation Management: Assist in updating and maintaining the hotelβs reservation system and managing room availability.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest complaints or concerns immediately and escalate complex issues to the shift manager.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate room status and maintenance requests to the housekeeping team to ensure a pristine environment.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk console, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and safe deposits accurately.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old.
- Education: Currently enrolled in High School or College (or recently graduated).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Reliability: Proven ability to be punctual and maintain a professional appearance.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort using hotel management software.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
