Responsibilities
- Execute seamless check-in and check-out procedures for all guests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Answer multi-line phone systems professionally and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local dining, and attractions.
- Process payments, manage cash drawers, and reconcile daily financial reports.
- Respond promptly to guest requests via email or in-person to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain a pristine environment.
- Stay updated on hotel policies, promotions, and local events to better assist guests.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn property management systems quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
