Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, and valet stations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests for seamless operations
- Upsell hotel amenities and local experiences to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate reservation and billing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak service periods
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and professionalism
Qualifications
- 6+ months in hospitality or customer service role
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Proficient in property management systems (e.g., Opera)
- Valid Washington state driver's license (for valet roles)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Knowledge of Seattle attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
