Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately using property management systems.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in-person with a high standard of professionalism.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby spaces.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly.
- Process payments and handle cash handling procedures with strict attention to detail.
- Uphold hotel safety protocols and assist with emergency procedures when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- A valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
