Responsibilities
- Guest Check-In/Out: Welcome guests warmly, manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Guest Communication: Answer multi-line phones promptly, respond to emails, and provide information about local attractions and hotel amenities.
- Concierge Support: Assist guests with requests such as restaurant reservations, transportation, and local recommendations.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using the property management system.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area for all guests.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues to ensure a 5-star guest experience.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest needs are met.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome high school graduates and anyone looking to start their career in hospitality.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
