Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Assist guests with information regarding local attractions, restaurants, and transportation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and process credit card payments accurately using the Point of Sale system.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues professionally to ensure a 5-star guest experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet high standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn property management software quickly.
