Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile upon arrival.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person.
- Assist with guest luggage and provide local recommendations.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Qualifications
