The Role: As the Hotel General Manager, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for the overall performance of the hotel. You will lead a diverse team of hospitality professionals to ensure operational excellence, maximize revenue, and provide world-class service to our guests.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Manage the P&L, ensuring profitability through effective budgeting, cost control, and revenue management strategies.
- Foster a positive work environment by recruiting, training, and developing staff to their full potential.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and resolve complex guest issues with diplomacy and speed.
- Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, suppliers, and community stakeholders.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and increase average daily rate (ADR).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing hotel P&L and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Associate degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
