Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
  • Manage the P&L, ensuring profitability through effective budgeting, cost control, and revenue management strategies.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Associate degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
