Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, welcoming greeting to guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, responding to guest inquiries with professionalism.
- Process reservations and bookings using hotel property management systems.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and concierge services.
- Handle cash transactions and credit card processing accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are a plus.
