Responsibilities
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure premium guest service standards
- Oversee check-in/check-out processes and room assignment optimization
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate complex issues promptly
- Manage reservations, billing, and cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Implement operational improvements and efficiency protocols
- Conduct daily staff briefings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel front desk management experience required
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Expert knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and communication abilities
- Valid California Food Handler Card
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality degree preferred)
