Responsibilities
- Lead front desk operations including check-in/check-out processes, guest inquiries, and room assignments
- Train and mentor front desk agents on service standards and problem resolution techniques
- Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Monitor daily occupancy rates and adjust staffing accordingly
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and maintenance teams
- Implement upselling strategies for room upgrades and premium services
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hotel front desk experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven expertise in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Associate degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
