Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining high standards of service.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, conducting regular performance reviews and staff training.
- Build and maintain relationships with local community leaders and corporate partners to enhance the hotel's profile.
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Handle high-level guest inquiries and complaints with diplomacy and efficiency to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Certification in hospitality management (e.g., CHIA, AHLEI) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
