Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize occupancy rates and revenue growth.
- Manage the hotel's budget, financial reporting, and P&L (Profit and Loss) statements.
- Foster a positive work environment by recruiting, training, and motivating a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, local partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and local regulations.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in luxury or upscale properties.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a large team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and financial reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for business.
- Deep understanding of guest relations and luxury service standards.
