Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Manage P&L, budgets, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and cost control.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive occupancy and revenue.
- Foster a positive work culture that prioritizes employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and compliance regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and local community partners.
- Recruit, train, and supervise department heads and staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in luxury or upscale properties.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and MS Office suite.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
