Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and cost control measures.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
- Foster a positive work environment by recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing hotel staff.
- Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Handle high-profile guest relations and resolve complex issues to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with regional management to align hotel goals with the broader corporate vision.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing P&L and driving profitability.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Oracle Opera, Micros, or similar.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
