Responsibilities

- Manage the P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
- Implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue growth.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complex issues with a focus on satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management.
- Proven track record in increasing revenue and guest satisfaction scores.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (e.g., Oracle Opera, Micros).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality preferred.
