Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments run smoothly and efficiently.
- Guest Experience: Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction by personally addressing inquiries and resolving complex issues promptly.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the P&L, budgeting, and forecasting to maximize profitability while controlling costs.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards across the property.
- Marketing & Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to drive occupancy rates and promote the hotel's unique offerings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in hospitality management, with a proven track record in a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff across all levels of the organization.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) and financial software.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
