Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Direct and coordinate all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.
- Financial Management: Develop and execute annual budgets, monitor P&L statements, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control operating expenses.
- Guest Relations: Cultivate relationships with key accounts and VIP guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations to drive loyalty.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a high-performing staff. Conduct performance reviews and foster a positive, inclusive work culture.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the hotel complies with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as corporate policies and brand standards.
- Marketing & Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to drive occupancy rates and participate in community events to enhance the hotel's brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, and revenue management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS) is required.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team while maintaining high morale and productivity.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff at all levels.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business needs.
